Besides, from February 13 to February 15, the marriage registration offices in Furong District, Tianxin District, Yuelu District, Kaifu District and Yuhua District will set up romantic venues for the newlyweds to take photos.
At the same time, the Municipal Lucky Lottery will send the best wishes to the first 4,000 couples to register during this period and the special blessing cards made by Changsha Civil Affairs and Changsha Lucky Lottery, each containing a scrape-off lottery ticket of 10 yuan.
