The paintings and poems with the theme of lotus flowers and clean government can be seen everywhere at Lianhuashan Village of Shuangjiangkou Town in Ningxiang City, such as the lotus-themed wall paintings, stone tablets engraved with poems about probity culture, the Ailian Pavilion standing gracefully in the corner of the probity culture square, and the probity culture corridor telling the story of a clean government. The village fully taps the culture of “lotus” and “probity” to build a beautiful rural probity culture park.
In 2022, the party committee and government of Shuangjiangkou Town put forward the “31141” strategy. It is planned to build the town into a “famous town with mountains, rivers, grains and oranges” through three-year’s effort. In response to this call, Lianhuashan Village also proposed a goal to build a first-class leisure village and create beautiful countryside with five natural villages, where there will be an entertainment square with probity culture, a fitness square with legal culture, and a leisure square with leisure farming. A total of four landmark squares of Lianhuashan  and three public toilets have been built.
In 2022, 8 kilometers of roads have been repaved with asphalt concrete, 7.5 kilometers of roads have been hardened, safety and lighting facilities have been improved for and 1.5 and 3 kilometers of roads. Besides, 12 ponds and river dikes of 6 kilometers have been dredged, and 6 sluice gates are under construction. Five beautiful natural villages in Lianhuashan Village involve 228 farmers who have transformed 195 vegetable gardens. Two of them passed the municipal-level acceptance with high scores.
