The kitchen of Jiangtian Cheng Palace, just like a carefully displayed supermarket, with the clean and tidy tableware, as well as the orderly placed seasonings and towels, became the first “4D” kitchen in Ningxiang City after assessment.
The “4D” kitchen refers to arrangement, responsibility, training and implementation  all in place in catering management. Everything in the “4D” kitchen, ranging from a pair of chopsticks to a stove, should be clearly marked and be taken charge by someone.
The kitchen is no longer dirty and messy as long as all things are put in place. Besides, “4D” kitchen also requires specific standards for raw materials, refrigeration, and processed food to ensure food quality.

At present, Ningxiang City is promoting the standardized construction in the field of food safety and urging catering enterprises to receive social supervision.
In the future, the 4D food safety management system will be gradually promoted in the whole city, and efforts will be made to create various demonstration catering enterprises, so as to drive Ningxiang’s catering industry, improve the service level, and ensure food safety.
