Hunan’s 12 places selected for investment competitiveness

6 districts, 1 county and 2 county-level cities in Changsha, including Ningxiang City and Kaifu District, were on the lists of CCID Top 100 Counties and Top 100 Districts with Investment Competitiveness in 2021, according to CCID Consulting. Changsha County ranked the 9th nationwide.

Among the top 100 counties, Hunan’s Changsha County, Liuyang City, Ningxiang City, Liling City, Shaodong City and Miluo City rank the 9th, 21st,24th, 49th, 65th and 95th respectively.

Among the top 100 districts, Changsha’s Tianxin, Yuhua, Kaifu, Yuelu, Furong and Wangcheng Districts rank the 43rd, 50th, 54th,61st, 63rd and 87th respectively.

Investment competitiveness is a comprehensive indicator of regional government service, infrastructure, key factors, ecological environment and so on. Improving investment competitiveness is an important path for expanding effective investment, optimizing supply structure and cultivating emerging industries.  

CCID Consulting is a research institution under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The lists of top 100 districts and top 100 counties with investment competitiveness have certain reference value.

The 12 places in Hunan reflect the provincial achievements in implementing Three Hubs and Four New Missions from the perspective of professional think tank. The 9 places in Changsha show that Changsha has focused on the construction of key industries, projects and industrial parks, achieved certain results in optimizing business environment, and maintained a stable development momentum.
