On January 18, China Southern Airlines Hunan Branch opened the Changsha-Shiyan flight route which is the only direct regular flight between Hunan province and Shiyan City, Hubei Province. Passengers can take the flight to ski resorts in Shennongjia to welcome the Winter Olympics.
This new route is operated by A320 aircraft every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday, with one-way fare starting at 330 yuan. The flight CZ5195 departs from Changsha at 8:45 and arrives in Shiyan at 10:30. The flight CZ5196 leaves Shiyan at 11:40 and arrives in Changsha at 13:10.

Shiyan, a prefectural city in Hubei Province, is also known for truck manufacturing. At the same time, Shiyan has been awarded the title of China’s Top 10 Sports Tourism Destinations for four consecutive years, and Shennongjia International Ski Resort has been selected as China’s Top 10 Scenic Areas of Sports Tourism for two times, making it an excellent choice for tourists to experience winter tours.

China Southern Airlines reminds passengers to hold negative nucleic acid tests within 48 hours when taking the flight. Passengers are advised to keep up with the latest anti-epidemic policies and make preparations in advance, and arrive at the airport earlier for boarding.
