‘Changsha Youth Talent Station’ puts into use
Recently, the unveiling ceremony of “Changsha Youth Talent Station” was held in the Beauty Makeup Valley Comprehensive Service Center of Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, marking that the station was put into use officially.
“The station mainly provides such one-stop services as free temporary accommodation, employment and entrepreneurship guidance, policy information and training exchange for talented young people coming to work in the park,” said Tan Liaohua, deputy director of the Business Environment Bureau of Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
“Changsha Youth Talent Station” is an important measure for Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone to drive Changsha to develop into a pilot city with favorable working and living environment for young talent.
Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone has always been increasing its efforts to attract and retain talented people. It has set up the headquarters of the “Youth Talent Station” in the Beauty Makeup Valley Comprehensive Service Center of the park, which consists of 21 apartment buildings with a total of 3,847 rooms and 18,708 beds. With comfortable environment and convenient transportation, the station can provide a good place for young talent to live for free.
“In recent years, our company has successively constructed 6 apartment buildings, including Wangning New Village Phase III, Beauty Makeup Valley Phase I (dormitory), Yaning Apartment and Blue Moon Valley Comprehensive Service Center.
They cover a total construction area of 213,000 square meters with 3,847 apartments and complete surrounding supporting facilities. They can meet the living demand of nearly 20,000 employees and provide a solid guarantee for the construction of Youth Talent Station,” said Li Qiang, the director of the Asset Operation Department of an Intelligent Investment Company in the park.
In the future, the park will further improve the talent policy system and strive to create high-quality conditions and build a platform for all kinds of talented people to start businesses and display their talent.
