FENY, an enterprise located in Ningxiang Economic&Technological Development Zone, was listed among the national intellectual property advantageous enterprises in 2022 by the China National Intellectual Property Administration.

To achieve the goal of no ground surface settlement or water damage

Filling mining is also called replacement mining, which realizes the recycle of mining. The paste filling mining technology is the most advanced filling mining technology, which meets the development trend and requirements of China's mining safety and environmental protection.

Under the traditional coal mining process, the original geological structure will be destroyed. The ground subsidence is unavoidable and the rock strata fracture also easily causes groundwater loss.

In addition, coal mining produces the coal gangue, which also increases the burden of environmental management in mining areas.

FENY's paste filling system and complete sets of equipment offer the "optimal solution" to this problem. With FENY solid waste paste filling technology, the coal gangue and other waste materials produced in the process of coal mining can be used to make colloid and fill into the goaf. In this way, the ground deformation can be controlled within 10 centimeters almost without ground surface settlement.

In the past, given that the mining rate of coal mines was only 30%-40%, it was impossible for mines to continue mining. Thanks to the paste filling technology, the mining rate can be increased to 90%. With mining waste safely consumed, the productivity of the mine has been greatly improved and the service life of the mine has been extended.
