Prefabricated buildings are just like building blocks, because the components (walls, roof, and floor) can be manufactured and be fully or partially assembled in a factory.

At present, this kind of buildings have started to rise up in the cities, which brings new opportunities and challenges for the coating industry.

In recent years, Changsha Biaolang Housing Technology Co., Ltd., in Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone (NETDZ), has been popularizing the low-carbon building materials and sustainable construction methods. It not only provides ecological solutions for the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings but also creates a new way for sustainable development.

"Kasong Smart Wall Materials", as a key product, not only has the effect of formaldehyde purifying, moisture proofing and mildew resistance, but also does not need to be polished and does not produce dust pollution. It can improve the construction efficiency and reduce the cost greatly.

At present, Kasong Smart Wall Materials has been successfully applied to the Magic π Apartment Project, the first fully assembled building in China.

Using Kasong Smart Wall Materials, this project completed its nearly 10,000 square meters of walls in only 8 days, which was 6 days earlier than the original plan and saved about 40% of the construction period.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of new environmental protection materials, and the first national air purification science base, Changsha Biaolang Housing Technology always takes scientific and technological innovation as the foundation of enterprise development and keeps increasing

investment in scientific research. In addition to encouraging independent research and innovation, the company also actively absorbs international advanced technical talents and knowledge.

As early as 2019, Biaolang Housing Technology successfully signed a cooperation agreement with Professor Sovic, a Nobel Prize winner in chemistry,  and established the first and only Nobel Prize laboratory in Hunan.
