Recently, Guangzhou Pucheng (Simple Love) Dairy Co., LTD., a Chinese high-end yogurt brand, planned to invest a total of 1 billion yuan to acquire Youzhuo Food Technology Co., LTD, located in Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone.

Currently, the two parties have signed the equity acquisition cooperation agreement and are deliberating the investment details.
According to Huang Anli, former professional manager of Youzhuo Food, there were nearly 30,000 fresh milk subscribers at the most during the past two years, which is the largest in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area.

With the help of external capital and technology, dairy industry in Changsha has developed rapidly in recent years, as have dairy companies such as New Hope Nanshan Dairy and Royal group Ushi Dairy based in Changsha.

There are five liquid dairy companies in Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone, which all boast great momentum for development.

Hunan Xiaoyangren Co., LTD., one of the subsidiaries of Xiaoyangren Group headquartered in Beijing, has been committed to building high-end dairy beverage production base in South China, with two well-known trademarks of "Xiaoyangren" and "Miaolian" in China.

After the establishment in June 2015, it started the second phase construction due to high demand in the market.

The success of these enterprises has also posed higher requirements for local dairy enterprises.

Jin Jian Fresh Milk House, located on the first floor of the building No.19 in Yulongtianxia Community, which sells mainly dairy products produced by Jinjian Dairy, has been in operation since last year.

The idea of running fresh milk stores in communities came from Wong Anli, who switched to Jinjian Dairy from Youzhuo Food. 

"In response to the market competition, we need to give full play to the local advantages." He added that their goal for this year is to open 100 such community stores in Changsha.

With the joint efforts from all parties, the citizens will enjoy more abundant dairy products.
