In recent days, the Changsha Billion-Truking Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Billion-Truking”), located in Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone, has taken strict and thorough measures to ensure both epidemic prevention and production.
On April 2, the employees were waiting to get into the factory at the gate of Billion-Truking after the examination of health code, temperature measurement, disinfection, registration and other procedures.

“Our epidemic prevention and control work team responds to the epidemic situation of Changsha with immediate measures to comprehensively secure the epidemic prevention and production,” said Huang Qi, the director of manufacturing department and quality department of Billion-Truking.

Billion-Truking has made well-conceived plans for epidemic prevention, as well as for the planning, preparation and investment of production.

For example, they popularize the knowledge of epidemic prevention among employees in a Wechat group every day to improve their awareness. The company also arranges buses to transport their employees to and from work, in order to reduce their unnecessary contact with others.

And people who return from other places should submit the applications to the company’s office system “Feishu” before entering the factory and wait for the examination and approval.

All personnel entering the factory should go through strict monitoring on the special QR code for key public venues, temperature measurement, disinfection and registration.

Founded in December 2021, Billion-Truking specializes in high precision machining, sheet metal processing, non-standard automation design and high-end equipment R&D and manufacturing, furnished with a number of imported high-end equipment for production and inspection.

So far, its products have been applied in a wide range of fields like aviation, medicine, medical equipment and precision industrial equipment. And the orders for some products have piled up since the trial production

on January 18 this year. With great efforts in epidemic prevention and control, the company also fastens the step in introducing equipment and trial production. Now, night shift has been set to meet customer demand and the sales are expected to reach 100 million yuan this year.

Zhang Jiandong, director of the engineering department of Billion-Truking, introduced that they tried to build Billion-Truking into a base of high precision intelligent manufacturing and a benchmark of intelligent manufacturing in central China. The investment will be divided into three phases. Over 30 sets of equipment have been installed in the first phase, among which 90% has been put into operation. It is expected that all the investment will be in place by the end of 2023, and the annual sales volume will amount to 300 million yuan.
