A special meeting was held on January 17 in Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (NETDZ) to give rewards worth 6.94 million yuan to advanced enterprises and individuals in the park.

In 2021, NETDZ focused on building 100-billion-yuan industries and striving for a national first-class park. New achievements were made in various work throughout the year, and a large number of advanced units and individuals emerged in enterprise development, industrial chain construction and scientific and technological innovation, etc. It has made positive contributions to the economic and social development of the park.

A total of 36 enterprises (units) and 36 individuals were rewarded. The prizes went for product development, industrial chain construction, industrial project construction, intelligent manufacturing, financial services, industrial services, excellent scientific and technological talent and outstanding craftsmen.

Hunan Zoomwe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. won the first place of “industrial development contribution award” and the highest prize. The company settled in NETDZ in 2017. After four years of development, the company’s annual output value exceeded 10 billion yuan in 2021.

“Compared with the same period last year, the output value increased by 289% and the export growth rate increased by more than 170%.” Liu Yi, general manager of the company, said that the company has always adhered to the development concept of “technology changes the world, quality determines the future”, and focused on research and development.

Last year, the company invested more than 600 million yuan in research and development throughout the year, and many technical indicators were in the forefront of the same industry.

“The company’s greatest confidence comes from its strategic choice. It transformed from the traditional manufacturing industry to energy storage materials, and have a complete new energy industrial chain in NETDZ, which is also the basis for the development of the company. Therefore, we are full of confidence in the company’s development this year,” Liu added.

This year, Hunan Simple Love Dairy Co., Ltd. in NETDZ, plans to produce 35,000 tons of dairy products, with the output value of 750 million yuan and tax revenue of more than 30 million yuan.

“We plan to achieve a total output value of 2.5 billion yuan from 2022 to 2024.” Gong Tiejun, general manager of the company, said that in 2022, the company was approved to use 10 hectares of land in NETDZ. It plans to invest another 400 million yuan to build a standard plant with an annual output of 250,000 tons.

“We have expanded more markets in many cities in Southern China to sell our products. This year, the production and efficiency will be improved,” Gong Tiejun is full of confidence in the company’s development prospects this year.
