Recently, in the workshops of Truking Technology Company, robots, managers and staff are busy with production. Last year, the company was awarded advanced unit in fighting against the COVID-19 in China's food and packaging machinery industry. It has also won the title of excellent supplier by major COVID-19 vaccine enterprises like China National Pharmaceutical Group and CanSino Biologics Inc. The technical power of production equipment of COVID-19 vaccines has been further improved.

Taking the post packaging equipment of COVID-19 vaccine as an example, at present, after the improvement of technical strength, the daily production capacity can reach 300,000 doses, and the packing speed can reach 300 boxes per minute.

In order to meet the needs of different customers and markets, Truking Technology has important cooperation with many biopharmaceutical institutions across the country. Though the workshop is running at full capacity, the products are still in short supply.
 
According to Liu Qun, a R&D Engineer in the R&D department of intelligent post-packaging and medical robot product line of the second stage of Truking's project, Truking's new intelligent post-packaging workshop has greatly increased equipment capacity, and the whole process of post-packaging product line has been smoothed. The production processes such as labeling and packing have all replaced manual labor in pharmaceutical enterprises, and the productivity of the equipment has been continuously improved. Now, the daily maximum production capacity can reach 300,000 doses. Truking's relevant technologies are in the forefront of the market and it keeps increasing R&D input to break through the bottleneck of intelligent post-packaging process and technology.
 
“Affected by the pandemic, the demand for COVID-19 vaccine has increased dramatically, and the efficiency and capacity of related production equipment needs improving urgently. Therefore, relevant technical research personnel have made unremitting efforts to improve the whole production line from the second half of 2020, and broken through the original bottleneck of 200 boxes per minute,” said Liu Qun. Meanwhile, Truking has overcome some industry problems of smart post-packaging equipment, such as the fragility of glass containers in the process of blanking.    
 
At present, the fourth phase of Truking's project including central workshop and smart Chinese medicine workshop are also under construction. The Innovation Center Building, Talent Center Building and No. E Apartment Building also officially started construction on April 28 this year.
