The construction of major projects in Jinzhou New Town of Xiangjiang New Area, Changsha, Hunan Province, was started in Ningxiang City on April 12. There are a total of 20 projects with a total investment of 10.974 billion yuan. Eight key projects were promoted to attract investment. The total investment of industrial projects contracted is estimated to reach 23.25 billion yuan.
As one of the three major industrial functional areas of Changsha and an important support for Changsha to build a development pattern of "one body and two wings", Jinzhou New Town has a planned area of 303 square kilometers, covering six townships (streets), Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone, Ningxiang High Tech Zone, and so on, which will be the main battlefield for Ningxiang's future development.

There are 157 key projects in Jinzhou New Town this year, with an annual planned investment of 42 billion yuan. The eight key investment projects promoted this time include the Weishuiwan Ecological Technology Industrial Center, and High Tech International Community, which have attracted much attention from local residents and merchants.

At the site, the Ningxiang Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, with the intention of conducting cooperation in investment, planning, development and construction, industrial investment promotion, service operation, and other aspects, and a cooperation agreement with Changsha Industrial Investment Group on the development of related projects. Strategic cooperation agreements have been signed with banks such as the National Development Bank and the Agricultural Development Bank of China.
