As the expansion project of CR C’estbon Changsha Factory (Phase II) project in Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (NETDZ) is nearing completion soon, CR C’estbon Changsha Factory will be a large-scale production base with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of purified water.
The project is one of the factories to be expanded by CR C’estbon Beverage during the 14^th Five-year Plan (2021-2025), with a total construction area of 89,000 square meters. It will build two world-class and nationally leading production lines with a production capacity of 81,000 bottles per hour and five injection production lines. The annual production capacity will increase by 50 million cases of pure water.

Once completed, it will help CR C’estbon Changsha Factory to become a large-scale production base with an annual production capacity of 1 million tons, promote the continuous growth of food and agricultural product processing, advanced equipment and new materials, further strengthen Ningxiang’s radiation and driving role in the surrounding areas, and inject new impetus into local economic and social development.
In recent years, NETDZ has been approved as a demonstration park for China’s food industry and a characteristic industrial park for food processing in Hunan. With the high-end liquid food, leisure food, and deep processing of main grain products as the main development line, relying on leading enterprises such as CR C’estbon Beverage and Jiajia Food, it has expanded the green food industry, extended the green food industry chain, and introduced a group of listed and well-known enterprises to build a green food characteristic industrial cluster, thus promoting the transformation and upgrading of the food industry in the park.
