Hunan SINOBOOM Intelligent Equipment Company and ORIX China Corporation signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The two parties will leverage their respective advantages and work together to implement strategic cooperation in the whole chain of high-altitude equipment production, financial services and leasing operations.
As a local enterprise in Changsha City, SINOBOOM ranks among the world’s top 10 aerial work equipment manufacturers. This year, its sales are expected to reach 4 billion yuan. With the rapid recovery of the economy, sales are expected to exceed 10 billion yuan by 2025.

ORIX China Corporation is a professional subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, a Japanese company. It was established in Shanghai in August 2005 with a registered capital of 287 million dollars. It’s now the largest Japanese financial leasing enterprise in China.

“OCC and SINOBOOM have established a good foundation for cooperation in the early stage, and we attach great importance to further deepening strategic cooperation between the two sides. We will launch a new cooperation model to form a stable and long-term partnership. In terms of funding support, OCC has strong capacity to provide services, and hopes to carry out closer cooperation in SINOBOOM’s listing and global layout,” said Liu Zhiqiang, chairman of OCC, at the signing ceremony.
