Five Hunan scenarios selected as 2022 typical scenarios of digital quality management in manufacturi

Recently, a list of typical scenarios of digital quality management in the manufacturing sector for 2022 was released. Five scenarios of Hunan Province were selected, ranking first nationwide.

The five selected scenarios are related to the equipment manufacturing industry and consumer goods industry. They are Sinoboom’s full-life-cycle management application scenario based on digital factory, Hunan TYEN Machinery Company’s digital application of turbocharger manufacturing process and quality management, Gold Cup Electric Apparatus Co., Ltd.'s online quality management system for "5G+ electric wire", Hengyue Heavy Steel's typical application scenario of big data welding quality management based on machine vision, and Lens Technology's high-precision visual inspection project based on edge computing and autonomous decision-making.

Digital transformation has significantly improved production efficiency and ensured more stable product quality. SINOBOOM has built a digital factory, reducing the production of an aerial work platform from 40 minutes to 15 minutes. This has increased the production efficiency by more than 60% and the first pass yield by 20%. Gold Cup has intelligently upgraded its production and testing equipment. Thanks to these efforts, the product quality traceability efficiency increased by more than 10 times, and the product failure rate decreased by 70%.

Lens Technology uses edge computing to integrate multi-sensor data collection, which improves the detection efficiency and accuracy of glass cover plates of mobile phones, and improves the detection level of the industry. Hengyue Heavy Steel effectively integrates motion control and 3D vision technology, which changes the backward situation of wind power equipment industry, especially wind tower weld appearance detection technology, and helps achieve high efficiency, high precision and high stability detection.
