A conference promoting the Three Hubs and Four New Missions Strategy and Changsha’s investment environment was held in Shanghai recently, attracting more than 250 guests from all walks of life such as enterprises in Shanghai, foreign-fund enterprises, multinational corporations and financial enterprises. At the promotion conference, three projects signed cooperation agreement with Ningxiang city, with a total investment of 13.55 billion yuan.
Master Kang Beverage Phase III project, Bingxin Packaging Changsha production base project and Jiangsu Atlas Precision Technology Co., Ltd. Ningxiang production base will settle in Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

On the basis of the original project, Master Kang plans to continue to invest 1.2 billion yuan to build the beverage Phase III project and Bingxin packaging project, with a new annual output value of more than 1.5 billion yuan.

With a total investment of 350 million yuan, the Atlas Precision Ningxiang production project will be built in two phases. Phase I project will build four or six intelligent power battery box production lines with an investment of 150 million yuan. After being put into operation, the Phase I project will produce 160,000 sets of battery boxes, and the annual output value is expected to be 200 million yuan.

The Phase II project plans to invest 200 million yuan, and is equipped with a new NEV thermal management system production line. It will achieve an annual output value of 260,000 sets of thermal management systems and a new output value of 200 million yuan.
At the same time, Blossom Group’s LFP project with an annual output of 200,000 tons also settled in Ningxiang High-tech Zone, which shows the group’s determination to invest in Ningxiang.

With an investment of 12 billion yuan, the project will conduct in-depth cooperation with Central South University. Relying on the scientific achievements of the university, it adopts the most advanced preparation technologies, LFP battery cathode materials with the best production performance in China. Its products are provided for China’s top battery enterprises such as CATL and BYD. After being completed, the annual output value is expected to be 10 billion yuan.

The introduction of the three major projects is an important measure for Ningxiang city to implement the “Three Hubs and Four New Missions” strategy. In recent years, the city has been improving the comprehensive evaluation system for investment promotion and capital selection, focusing on the supporting projects of leading enterprises and the supply chains of leading enterprises.
