The Ningxiang-Shaoshan Expressway is scheduled to open to traffic by the end of this year, as its civil work and pavement construction have been completed. 
This expressway stretches through Ningxiang City and Yiyang’s Heshan District, with a total length of nearly 43 kilometers. It’s a significant north-south transport corridor in Hunan’s strategic plan of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration.
