NETDZ will hold a regular job fair every Friday

On the morning of January 31, Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone held the opening ceremony of the job market and the 2023 New Year recruitment activity. In the future, there will be a regular job fair every Friday.


83 enterprises in the zone participated in the job fair and provided more than 5,000 jobs. 300 job seekers reached the intention on the job fair. From January 31 to February 5, there will be six job fairs in succession, with nearly 100 enterprises participating and recruiting front-line workers, workshop director, procurement specialists, corporate affairs specialists, general manager assistants, etc.

In recent years, the zone has been expanding the channels for talent service and enterprise employment, innovating the policy mechanism of attracting and employing talented people, recruiting talented people from all over the world through developing a series of practical and new measures, creating a more favorable environment for talented people. The park is seeking to build an open platform for talented people for communication and sharing, and innovate the recruitment and employment modes. Its initiative “shared staff” has been reported and promoted by CCTV.


Before the Spring Festival in 2023, Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone released recruitment information online and offline through two large-scale online and offline recruitment activities, so that job seekers can choose and apply for jobs according to job requirements and their job intention, which promoted the return of talents and employee reserve, and solved the shortage of talented people in the industrial park.

 In addition to holding regular on-site job fairs, it will also accelerate the creation of an online talent market, and add talent services, enterprise recruitment and job hunting windows for job seekers in the government service hall. The park will also aim at universities and counties, holding monthly meetings to bring supply and demand together, as well as holding high-end talent job fairs in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other places where management and professional talents tend to gather.
