Major projects serve as a ballast to stabilize the economic market and a wind vane to show the regional development trend.

As an important “growth pole” for the economic development of Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jinyu Area focuses on project construction.

Projects keep economy stable

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still grim. But in the steel structure processing base of Hunan No.6 Engineering Industrial Park, you will see six production lines in operation in full capacity.

Compared with the traditional manufacturing industry, the manufacturing efficiency of the steel structure processing base is increased by more than 20%. At present, the total capacity of the six production lines can reach 60,000 tons per year. The products are widely used in construction, municipal engineering and other industries.
Hunan No.6 Engineering Industrial Park is the first batch of green construction pilot projects in China and Hunan Province. It will be built into a comprehensive industrial park of new building materials integrating production of construction products, construction manufacturing, construction equipment, technical services, exhibition, warehousing and logistics and other functions.

Now, three companies have settled in the industrial park, including steel structure processing base, warehousing and logistics, and material leasing. More related enterprises in the industry will be introduced in the future.

Since 2022, thanks to epidemic prevention and control measures and safe production, key projects have seen smooth progress. Up to now, 3 projects such as Dr. Stone and Hunan No.6 Engineering Industrial Park have been put into production, and 5 projects including Shunteng Bridge, Yiming Machinery and Ruihe Industry are under construction.

Services are the key to accelerate the construction and operation of the projects in the park.

“During the construction of the project, the park helped us solve the problems of water and electricity, and opened a steam pipeline, which greatly improved the efficiency of the project construction,” said a staff of the Hangjia New Materials.

At the project site, the main structure of the building was completed.
Hunan Hangjia Building Energy Saving New Materials Co., Ltd., established in 2020, specialized in the production of aerated concrete products. With a total investment of about 400 million yuan, once completed, the project can produce 800,000 cubic meters of prefabricated building parts annually, and the market can radiate to Central and Southern China and other regions.  

To speed up the construction of projectsy, the government and enterprise have worked together to solve difficulties since the project was started. The Hangjia New Materials project will be put into production this December.
