The intelligent manufacturing headquarters project of Hunan Euro Standard Cosmetics in Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone was completed and is scheduled to be put into operation this June.
The project covers a total area of 79.8 mu (5.32 hectares), with a total construction area of 89,000 square meters, which is planned to build three new plants, workshops and an auxiliary plant, two warehouses, and production lines.

Its products include toothpaste, wound dressing, disinfectant, sanitizing gel, make-up products and care products. A modern, intelligent and integrated new factory will be built to create a national intelligent cosmetic production demonstration base.

The project will create jobs for nearly 1,000 people and generate annual output value of 1 billion yuan and tax revenue of 100 million yuan, said Dong Shengzhi, general manager of Hunan Euro Standard Cosmetics.

Founded in 2002, Euro Standard Cosmetics Group has nearly 20 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing. In 2018, the group set up Hunan Euro Standard Cosmetics.

The Hunan Euro Standard Cosmetics Phase I has been put into production in 2019. With a construction area of about 55,000 square meters, the phase I project accommodates a high-standard clean workshop, 24 mask production lines, and 16 lotion production lines, with a daily production capacity of 3.5 million pieces of masks and 320,000 bottles of toner and lotion.

Equipped with a quality control, R&D center of nearly 1,000 square meters and the world's most advanced equipment, the company has developed 3,000 mature formulas.
