After 10 months of efforts, Ningxiang Beauty Makeup Valley saw its south area completed on December 30. The entire project is expected to be finished in the first half of 2022.

Ningxiang Beauty Makeup Valley in Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (NETDZ) is the largest project in Central China with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan.

It covers a planned total land area of 345.6 hectares with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. The phase I project started on March this year covers an area of 178 hectares and will be a 250,000-square-meter beauty makeup industrial park.

NETDZ seized the opportunity of the industrial transfer of beauty makeup industry and women, pregnancy, infants and children industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and launched this project. It will build a new development pattern together with Shanghai Oriental Beauty Valley, Guangzhou Baiyun Beauty Bay and Huzhou Beauty Town.  

Before the construction of the first phase of Beauty Valley project, Hunan Euro Standard Cosmetics Co., Ltd., Hunan Benmei Biological Technology Co., Ltd., and other enterprises had started to build factories in NETDZ.

It has attracted flocks of investors in the national beauty industry after its construction. Now, more than 10 enterprises have settled, and some have “customized” factories in its early construction. The largest cosmetics production base in Central China is rising in the beauty valley.
