Electron accelerator project settles in NETDZ

CGN Jinwo Technology Co., Ltd. signed an electron accelerator irradiation station project with Ningxiang Economic and Technological Development Zone (NETDZ). The project will be built into an accelerator application demonstration base in central China. It will help strengthen the cosmetics industrial chain and promote the cluster development of cosmetics industry.

CGN Nuclear Technology Development Co., Ltd. (CGN Nuclear Technology) is the largest accelerator manufacturer and provider of application development and technical service in China. Its electron accelerators account for more than 50% of the domestic market and its export take up more than 70% of China’s accelerators on overseas market.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CGN Nuclear Technology, CGN Jinwo Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build two high-performance linear electron accelerator irradiation stations in NETDZ, mainly providing disinfection and sterilization services for cosmetics, food, drugs, medical devices and other products.

In recent years, NETDZ has focused on developing cosmetics industry, built the “Beauty Makeup Valley” industrial platform with high standards, and made utmost efforts to build a new center for the central China regions to transfer the cosmetics industry, so as to inject strong impetus into the implementation of “Three Hubs and Four New Missions” Strategy and “Five Good” park and high-quality development.

Now, more than 10 cosmetics enterprises have settled in the Beauty Makeup Valley. The project signed this time is a core supporting enterprise of cosmetic industry, which will provide local support for food enterprises and cosmetics enterprises in the park. Next, after more cosmetics enterprises settle in the park, the park will build a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, production, testing, display and marketing, creating a beauty industry ecosystem with complete functions and supporting facilities.
