TRUKING Intelligent Robot (Changsha) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TRUKING Technology, was established in February 2016. Its high-end biomedical robots and intelligent manufacturing equipment were successfully selected into the 2016 annual comprehensive standardization of intelligent manufacturing and new model application projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Huge amount of capital is invested in the research and development of the intelligent medicine factory and the flexible manufacturing production line of high-end pharmaceutical equipment robots like high-end biomedical intelligent equipment and medical robots.

Under the guidance of intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation, TRUKING has made great achievements such as the production of the first world-class medical intelligent robot for aseptic production in China and the acquisition of German ROMACO Group. In the TRUKING intelligent manufacturing plant, on computer numerical control flexible machining line of components and parts, mechanical arms cooperate with machine tools to complete more than ten working procedures including feeding, clamping, cleaning and marking, realizing automatic processing of small batch parts with various specifications.

The company has been continuously improving the technical level of equipment for the large-scale production of covid-19 vaccine. In January 2021, the intelligent packaging workshop of the Phase IV project was first put into production for the production of the post-packaging equipment for the vaccines.

The packing speed can reach 300 boxes per minute, and the production line can produce more than 300,000 doses per day, which has played an important role in the mass production of the vaccines in China.

"The orders of key equipment such as post-packaging line to produce the vaccines is increasing sharply, which greatly promotes the company's performance," said Zhao Yonggao.

He noted that since the establishment of the company, it has experienced seven major setbacks, and carried out four phases of seven major expansion and construction.
