Gree HVAC Equipement Production Base
Located in Yongjia Road and Mingzhu road of Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone (NETDZ), this project is a comprehensive production base for Gree to produce household and commercial air conditioners, etc. The project covers an area of 716 mu (47.73 hectares), with a total construction area of 400,000 square meters. It was completed and put into operation in June 2016, creating more than 5,000 jobs and generating an annual tax of 200 million yuan. It is the largest home appliance production base in Hunan Province.
Gree Central Air Conditioner Production Base
Located in Yongjia Road, Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone, this project is a large commercial central air conditioning production base of Gree. It mainly produces large-scale water-cooled, air-cooled units and terminal products, which are widely used in large-scale commercial venues, transportation and other industries. The project covers an area of 430 mu (28.7 hectares) and a total construction area of 130,000 square meters. It was officially put into operation in November 2019, and was rated as the “excellent industrial project with comprehensive performance in 2020” in the province.
Gree Refrigerator and Washing Machine Production Base
Located in Lanyuegu East Road and Qixia Road of Ningxiang Economic & Technological Development Zone, this project is a production base for Gree to produce refrigerators and washing machines. It’s an industrial project of Hunan’s “Three Hubs and Four Missions” Strategy and a key project of Changsha’s “five kinds of industrial projects”. With a total area of 961 mu (64.07 hectares) and a total construction area of 650,000 square meters, this project can achieve an annual output of 4.5 million machines, including 2 million medium and high-end refrigerators and 2.5 million washing machines.
After its being put into operation, the annual output value is expected to reach 13 billion yuan, with the tax of 500 million yuan. The first phase refrigerator project will be completed and put into operation in December this year.
