Hunan Zoomwe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zoomwe) was established on December 26, 2016. The company's main business includes new energy technology promotion, new energy technology development, consultation and transfer, new materials technology development services, lithium-ion battery materials production and etc. The company covers a total planning area of more than 1,000 mu (66.7 hectares), with the Phase I project an area of 335 mu (22.3 hectares) and the construction area nearly 170,000 square meters, which has been completed and put into production.
 
The Phase II project under construction is adjacent to the Phase I plant area. The Phase II project covers a total area of about 660 mu (44 hectares), with a planned total investment of about 3 billion yuan. It will be built into a production base for ternary precursors, cobaltosic oxide and supporting raw materials, with a planned annual output value of 8 to 10 billion yuan.

After its completion in 2022, it will form an advanced energy storage materials base integrating R&D, production and sales of lithium battery cathode precursor materials and specialized services such as comprehensive utilization of lithium batteries.

As an industry leader, the company has carried out deep cooperation with famous companies, such as LG Chem, Samsung SDI, L&F, and BTR. Its products are mainly used in power automobiles and 3C products (computer, communication and consumer electronic).
