The Blossom energy storage battery material project in Ningxiang High-tech Zone was selected as one of Hunan province’s 10 major industrial projects recently.
Blossom energy storage battery materials is a new project introduced in August 2021. The total investment of the project is12 billion yuan, including 3 billion yuan in fixed assets.

It plans to build 40 production lines, a production base and a technology research and development center for lithium battery materials. And the largest LFP battery production base in Central China will be built.

After completion, the annual output value is expected to reach 10 billion yuan, with the annual tax payment of more than 300 million yuan.
“We are full of confidence in the future development of the project in Ningxiang city, so the input for the Phase I project was increased to 150,000 tons because of the city’s good business environment and good industrial ecology of energy storage materials.” Liu Bangqian, general manager of Changsha Blossom New Energy Co., Ltd., highly praised the local government’s efforts.   

Liu said that in just 16 days, the construction of the project was started with the help of the local government. In fact, before settling down in Ningxiang High-tech Zone, the group had widely searched for a suitable site throughout the country.

And finally, the efficient and professional working style of the local government and the good industrial ecology of Ningxiang High-tech Zone left the company great impression, and it doubled the investment in the original plan.
 
The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of June this year.
