Ningxiang High-tech Zone helps enterprises introduce talents

Recently, the Human Resources and Social Security Branch of Ningxiang High-tech Zone, Changsha City organized 6 enterprises in the park to participate in a special job fair in Central South University. It aims to meet enterprises’ demand for talents, build a platform between enterprises and universities, and boost the economic and social development of the park.

The present enterprises including Sany Crane, Hunan Huaxing New Energy and Hunan Wanshsin Seikou provide more than 200 jobs for graduates, involving multiple fields such as engineering, manufacturing and information.

More than 150 resumes were received, and more than 80 people reached initial agreements, including 24 masters and 3 doctors.

Since the beginning of 2021, Ningxiang High-tech Zone has taken measures to optimize business environment and introduce talents. About 11,600 people were introduced to enterprises, and 6,700 of them are stable at their posts, including more than 240 masters and 30 doctors.

18 people in the park were approved as high-level talents in Changsha; 96 people got college graduates’ living subsidies and 58 people received subsidies for vocational skills promotion. Newly introduced doctors will get a reward of 10,000 yuan, and 15 qualified skilled talents will be provided with more than 50,000 yuan for housing purchase. 

Next, Ningxiang High-tech Zone will further improve service quality and talent service, and increase efforts to introduce talents.
