The medical equipment industrial park is now under construction.
In recent years, in order to develop and enhance the industrial direction of the park, and make its contributions to building a healthy China, based on the introduction of many high-quality medical device projects such as degradable zinc alloy industry development projects, Ningxiang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone will build a medical device industrial park, further improving the gathering of medical device industries in the park, and boosting the development of the park to a new level.
 
With a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a planned land area of 400 mu (26.7 hectares), the project will be built in several phases. The first phase sees an investment of 200 million yuan with a total construction area of 42,000 square meters. Some medical device manufacturers like Huayao's degradable zinc alloy, HuaXiang AM-Technology and Hunan Pulinte, as well as Luanling Medical Information & Technology Services have the intention to settle in the park. 
 
Wu Zhenzhou, the technical head of the project, said that the first phase of the project was built by China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and started construction in October 2020, including three factories and one office building. They have taken a series of measures to speed up the construction, including reasonable allocation of processes, increasing team members and making accurate construction plans.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the later decoration, the decoration materials are prepared in advance to ensure the project can be completed as scheduled. The plant is expected to be fully completed in September and put into operation before March 2022.
