Hunan Changgao Electric Co., Ltd., located in Ningxiang Jinzhou High-voltage Electrical Industrial Park is a wholly owned subsidiary of Changgao Group, with a total investment of 320 million yuan. It covers an area of 600 mu (40 hectares) with a total construction area of over 120,000 square meters.
