Xingsha Machine was founded in June 1998 with two production bases, namely Changsha Xingsha Machine Tool Co., Ltd. in Changsha county and Hunan Xingsha Machine Tool Equipment Co., Ltd. in Ningxiang.

 Hunan Xingsha Machine Tool Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered in 2010 and began production in the second half of 2012. Its registered capital was 53.5852 million yuan, and the actual total investment exceeded 200 million, with its own land being nearly 15 acres and a construction area of about 45,000 square meters. As the largest supporting enterprise of construction machinery in Changsha, the company has  more than 650 employees and mainly provides products for Sany, Zoomlion, Sinoboom and other leading enterprises.

There is a complete industry chain with over 300 sets of manufacturing equipment concerning automatic blanking, machining, automatic soldering, sand washing, painting rooms, automatic electrostatic spraying and QPQ surface treatment. The company mainly produces large structural parts of construction equipment like truck crane jibs, tower crane jibs, counterweights of construction equipment and   hydraulic oil containers of construction equipment. Moreover, its special steel wire rope for construction equipment has been certified by China Construction Machinery Association and it is also the only enterprise with such a certification in Changsha.
